Support Environment

Following are the four major things in support environment, issues fall in the form of tickets.

I m not able to see only one plant while aasssigning plant to Com Code wat may b reason

Hi Saurabh
Your question is not very clear, I am explaining here what I undersatand that You are unable to see your plant( which you have already created ) while assigning it to your company code.
The reason that you are not been able to see your plant while assigning it to company code is that your plant may be already assigned to some other company code.
A plant can be assigned to only one company code.
So check in which company code it is assigned and then select it and delete your plant from that company code. Then try to assign it to your company code.

Hi Faraz,
As requested by you; following are the accounting entries passed in a sales cycle

a) at the time of delivery of goods

Cost of goods sold account Dr
Inventory account Cr

(this entry is passed by the cost of the item delivered

b) at the time of generating invoice

Customer / Debtors account Dr
Sales/Revenue account Cr
Taxes Cr

(this entry is passed by the selling price)

c)at the time of collection

Bank account Dr
Discount Dr
Customer/ Debtors account Cr

(this entry is passed by the amount collected and discount given to customer)
If we use clearing system then istead of bank account clearing account will be debited.
