What skills can take you to become a Project Manager

What skills can take you to become a Project Manager ? Its just your personal opinion, I need to know how do you rate the following in your priority list

1 Communication Skills
2 Relevant Expereince
3 Technical ability
4 Convincing ability
5 Team Managment skills

Its obvious that all of the above are important but how would your rank it.

    This is in decreasing order of importance.

    Well you left out political infighting skills which is the most important skill as a PM but here's my rankingL

    Communication - ill assume political skills fall under this
    Team Management - obvious
    Convincing ability
    Relevant Experience - Ive worked for finance folks who were PM's
    Technical Ability - how many SAP PM's are technically clueless
